Refund policy
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return and full refund, items must meet the following baseline conditions
- The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The product must be housed in its original, undamaged brand packaging (including boxes, dust bags, and
plastic wrapping).
- All original tags, labels, certificates of authenticity, user manuals, and accessories must remain securely
attached and included.
A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
Return Timeframe
You have a window of [7 DAYS] from the exact date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests received
after this [7 DAYS] period unfortunately cannot be honored for a return or refund.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: DOORSTEP CANCELLATION & REFUSAL CHARGE
Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our facility, logistics resources are heavily
committed. If a customer cancels the order when it arrives at their door, or refuses to accept delivery
from our courier partner, a mandatory fee of ₹150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rupees) will be levied to
cover standard two-way transit and operational processing costs. This amount will be deducted from
your advance payment refund, or billed to your account for future purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the incorrect item altogether, please contact us immediately at moodmarket.in.gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect. Upon quick verification, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund. No return shipping costs or penalty fees will apply to damaged or defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
To comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, certain types of items are strictly excluded from our
standard return policy. Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Personal care items, cosmetics, intimates, and swimwear (once packaging is opened/broken).
- Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke products manufactured to your specific dimensions or details.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable software products.
- Items explicitly purchased under a final "Clearance" or "Non-Returnable" promotional sale
Exchange Options
We are happy to accommodate exchanges if you prefer a different size, color, or alternative variation of your
item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact moodmarket.in.gmail.com within your eligible timeframe. If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will process a standard refund or issue store credit instead.
Return Shipping Costs
For Defective/Incorrect Items: Mood Market will bear 100% of the return logistics cost. We will schedule a free courier reverse-pickup at your convenience.
Refund Process and Timing
Once your return package is received at our fulfillment warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to verify eligibility. This inspection process is typically completed within 2-3 business days.
Following inspection approval, your refund will be immediately triggered. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI wallet). Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times.
